PATTAYA Beach Road Appartments for RENT or SALE 350,000 Baht

THE BEST SPOT IN PATTAYA AT A BARGAIN PRICE – DO NOT MISS OUT

These well laid out apartments are located right on the beach at Beach Road. About 2 steps to the beach and you can swim or frolic in the sun to your heart’s content. They have been newly built to the highest Thai Standards and finished with very durable materials.

Because of their superior design and layout you have windows on 2 sides of the 'condo'. The windows are constructed from very durable anodized aluminium and the interior has been finished with the finest synthetic material on the market  (in Thailand) today. Due to these feature these units are uncomplicated to look after as well as Ultra stain resistant Should a spillage occur they can be cleaned very easily.
As mentioned previously these cosy (about 10 by 6) apartment are in the best location on Pattaya Beach Road and we only have 2 of these available.
One of them is conveniently located near the entrance to Walking street and the other at Pattaya Klang near soi 10. Due to their structure, quality Thai design, as well as location (in Thailand), both units are a little bit noise receptive but a couple of sleeping tablets could fix this very easily.

Electricity has not yet been connected to the units but as there are cables everywhere in the vicinity we are sure that a temporary (and possibly free) connection could be very easily oarranged. The units do come unfurnished, which should be seen as an added bonus as they offer great business potential and can therefore be fitted out in any way the owner sees fit. The businesses that could be started are in no way limited but one would think there is an obvious use for these not only because of their location but also due to their size.  As this business would really only require a bed and a wash basin, the outfitting of these units would be very cost effective indeed. Sorry, currently running water is not connected (unless it rains and beach road floods) but one could just meander down to the beach as there is plenty of opportunity to fill a bucket right there.

BARGAIN RENTAL AND SALES PRICE
The price is negotiable and could start as little as 200 baht a night but could be subleased on a short time basis for about 150 baht an hour (possibly even 30 minutes). A long term tenant could get a price reduction off this price. We are willing to sell these at a price of 350,000 Baht for a quick sale as the ownership of the structure and especially the ownership of the land is at best unclear and at worst a 'squatting type' lease which is really not that unusal in this part of the world. One would imagine this can be turned into a fixed squat for some years by the greasing of the right hands.
All interested parties are welcome to contact us at PattayaBeachBum.com and apply for either short term, short time, or even a long time lease (girls are NOT included).

JAMES BOND on Pattaya Beach – couldn’t stop the local mafia

Yesterday, while walking along the beach, I noticed the local city council putting up barriers just in front of Walking Street. Not only were they erecting these concrete boxes but at the same time they were painting them to give them this clean, all shiny, new look. Anyway on my return to the beach at about 10pm I noticed an eerie absence of Ladyboys and Ladies. The odd one had survived and was huddling in some shadow where she wouldn’t be spotted so easily. I presumed it must have been just the nightly 10 pm cleanup happened early and kept heading towards soi 8. Pickups with Katoeys and Beach hookers passed me and I remember thinking that today they are really cleaning up – the police coffers must be empty.

About an hour later a few of us were walking back towards Walking Street when we noticed a full force of Tourist Cops interspaced with Real Police all along the beach. This spread from soi 9 in drips and drabs all the way to just in front of Walking Street. Someone said it was some VIP or “Superstar” coming so we just ran with that story. On reaching the newly barricaded motorbike parking area at the front of Walking we seen a whole mob of these ‘Police’ all bunched up talking to each other. Some were even posing on Segways (usually too expensive for the local Tourist Police) so this must have been some big VIP.

Talking to a solid looking guy it was confirmed that they were here to do security for some VIP. Who, was not revealed to us and as we had been drinking the guy just said “come on fellas give us a break” we were sort of pesteriing about the identity of this VIP. Anyway, as was discovered by us later, the only VIP that we came into contact with that night was the bulky James Bond 007 (as can be seen on his badge) from America.

Being disappointed about the absence of any Very Important People besides us, I went home soon after. Woke up about 10 am a bit under the weather. Judging by the sms I was now reading but I had gotten the night before, Blacky got into a fight with some mafia guys (presumably in Walking Street) and felt that “he wasn’t so keen on Thailand at that moment”.
Well that’s Thailand you gotta love the place – even when you know where you going you will never get there.
By the way anyone know who that VIP was or even where my mate is? Haven't seen the VIP or him as yet.

Update seen my mate and it seems he was bashed in Walking street while a crowd was looking on (including some tourist police guys someone said). He did end up getting saved by a couple of Indians that took him out of harms way. Oh how I love Walking St with all the pimps, drugs and helpful 'men in blue'or in this case 'men in black'.

PATTAYA beach Road declared safe

PATTAYA beach road declared safe - A lot has been written about the electrical safety standards in Thailand. Seem this is totally over rated and just scare mongering by overzealous Farangs. All the loose (and live) wires poking out everywhere along beach road do not seem to be a hazard at all. Recently an electrical safety test was run by the local wildlife and protection agency (or so it seems) with the outcome that all electrical wiring on the the Pattaya beach is well above standard and does not pose any hazard to unsuspecting individuals at all. These tests were carried out right in front of our eyes right across from the police station on soi 9 (I suppose so that in case of damage a Farang could be arrested and charged with a fine to pay for the damage and include a bit of pension money as well). After some time of trial the electrical circuit were found to be intact and declared as posing no hazard and the subject that was doing the testing was released. pattayabeachbum.com

I now feel very safe walking along beach road knowing that I cant become a light bulb should I ever get caught in a situation where i have to crawl into one of the open electrical circuit boxes here on pattaya beach.
There are still the stiletto heels of some of the creatures of the night, the solemn stares of some of the 'shorttime shorttime' girls and the potholes that provide endless entertainment for some of the more simpler girls out to catch a farang at night but at least i will not get fried by electrical wires (that is if i was a rat - which incidentally I am).
